Broadband Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Scope

  • Qualifying Parties: The Referral Program is open exclusively to active, individual, residential retail subscribers of the Company (“Referrer” or “User A”) who are in good financial standing (no active suspension, disconnection, or dues).
  • Commercial Use Barred: This program is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Bulk distributions, public distribution of referral codes on coupon websites, forums, or running paid advertisements using the referral code are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

2. Definition of a Successful Referral

A referral is deemed successful and eligible for the promotional credit only when all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • The New Customer: The referred individual (“Referee” or “User B”) must be a completely unique, net-new customer who has never previously held an account or active connection with the Company.
  • Upfront Commitment: The Referee must sign up for, and successfully clear the full upfront payment for, a minimum 6-Month Plan or an Annual Plan contract.
  • First-Time Match: The Referee must input the Referrer’s unique, unaltered referral code strictly at the time of their initial digital sign-up. Retroactive application of referral codes via customer care or field installation staff will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. To maintain the integrity of the network and company revenue, the following strict exclusions apply:

  • Address & Property Blacklisting: A referral will be automatically rejected if the Referee’s installation address has had an active or suspended connection with the Company within the last 90 calendar days. Disconnecting an existing line to re-register the same household under a different family member’s name to claim a rebate is strictly barred.
  • Employee and Agent Prohibition: Direct employees, authorized dealers, third-party field sales agents, and installation technicians of the Company are strictly prohibited from participating in this program. Sales agents are strictly barred from using, sharing, or attaching any Referrer’s code to organic walk-in or field sales leads. Any such shared codes will be permanently blacklisted, and the involved customer accounts will forfeit all historical credits.
  • Self-Referral & Identity Matching: Referrers cannot refer themselves, create duplicate or alias identities, or use alternative mobile numbers/emails to act as a Referee. The Company reserves the right to use device ID fingerprinting (IMEI/MAC address), KYC data, and installation details to block matching or colluding accounts.

4. Payout Structure & Delayed Release (Cooling-Off Period)

  • The 45-Day Lock: To account for dynamic cooling-off periods or money-back guarantees, the ₹500 rebate will remain in a “Pending” status. The credit will be released to the Referrer’s account only after the Referee’s line has been successfully active, paid, and running for 45 uninterrupted calendar days.
  • Clawback Policy: If the Referee requests a cancellation, refund, or invokes a trial-period money-back guarantee within the first 45 days, the pending ₹500 credit to the Referrer will be permanently cancelled. If the credit was already released due to an operational delay, the Company reserves the right to debit ₹500 from the Referrer’s account balance.
  • Non-Transferable & No Cash Out: The ₹500 credit is strictly a promotional rebate applicable solely toward the Referrer’s next 6-month or annual renewal cycle. It holds no real cash value, cannot be withdrawn as currency, cannot be transferred to another user, and will expire immediately if the Referrer terminates their contract before their next renewal date.

5. Company’s Absolute Discretion & Legal Rights

  • Right to Terminate: The Company reserves the absolute unilateral right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program, or change the reward value, at any time without prior notice.
  • Finality of Decision: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any User A or User B from the program if it suspects, in its sole discretion, any form of gaming, manipulation, or fraudulent behavior. The Company’s internal tracking logs shall serve as the final, absolute authority in determining referral validity, and no external disputes or audits will be entertained.
